Do my signs come mounted on a pole?

No — our signs and poles are sold separately. If you’d like to add a pole to your order, we do offer several options, but please note: the tallest pole we can ship is approximately 6 feet.

If you’re looking for something taller, we recommend visiting your local hardware or home improvement store for additional options.

Please note: We do not ship poles internationally. Only the signs themselves are available for international orders.

 

Can my signs be displayed outdoors?

Yes! All of our signs are made with exterior-grade lumber and paint, then sealed on both sides with a clear polyurethane coating to help protect them from the elements.

Like anything left outside, exposure to harsh weather will cause some wear and fading over time. To keep your signs looking great for years to come, we recommend applying a fresh coat of clear polyurethane once a year.

 

Can I personalize my signs?

Yes — absolutely! You can customize your signs with any city, mileage, or wording you’d like (we recommend keeping it under 25 characters for the best fit).

Want to go a step further? We’re happy to tailor the colors or theme to match your favorite sports team, vacation spot, or personal style. For example: GO BUCKEYES! (Scarlet and Gray, of course!).

What’s the best way to attach my signs?

For the most secure installation, we recommend using a drill and screws — or heavy-duty nails — to attach each sign directly to your post. Aim for the center of the sign when drilling.

To keep your signs from shifting or teetering side to side, it's best to use two screws or nails per sign. This will help keep everything straight and sturdy, even in the wind!

 

Can I add to my sign set later on?

Absolutely! We love when customers come back to expand their collection — and we almost always have a special discount just for returning customers.

If you send us photos of your existing signs, it helps us match the style and colors, so your new pieces blend in perfectly with what you already have. We’re always excited to help you build out your set, one sign at a time!

 

What if there's an error or misspelling on my sign?

We do our best to paint exactly what you provide us when creating your sign. If the error or misspelling is on our end (it’s rare, but we’re only human), we stand behind our work 100%. We’ll gladly remake the sign at no cost to you or offer a full refund for that piece — your choice.

If the mistake was in the text you submitted (hey, it happens!), we’re still happy to help. We can remake the sign, and while we do ask that you cover the cost of materials and shipping, we’ll typically take care of the labor free of charge.

Either way, we want you to love your sign — and we’ll work with you to make it right.
